On behalf of the men and women of Little Rock AFB, Fire and Emergency Services, we would like to offer our condolences. I first met Leon (ie. Chief Bottoms) in February 1988 when I first came to LRAFB. As a new airman and new firefighter, he quickly took me in and made me feel at home. He was always kind and considerate. He's the benchmark I've measured other Asst. Chiefs against. Few compare. I've missed him over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this trying time. God Bless.
