She was a Nurse's Aid. Resident of Fort Smith and a member of Evangel Temple of Assembly of God Church in Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband John Reagan, both parents Abner & Anna Jane Bray Howard, Sr., & Three brothers, Larry, Junior & James Howard. She is survived by her daughter: Pam Wolf & husband, Ronnie both of Fort Smith
