Elva Audine Phillips, 92, of Rudy, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 in a local hospital. She was a former employee of Ward Furniture, a homemaker and a member of Open Door Church in Mulberry. She was born July 13, 1926 in Cecil, Arkansas to the late Hershel and Lena Berna Medlock and also preceded in death by a son, Raymond Phillips, Jr. and several sisters and brothers.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 20, 2018 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in Mt. McCurry Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include one daughter, Diana Eubanks (Tony) of Rudy; two sisters, Carol Simpson of New Mexico and Margie Hensley of Ozark; four grandchildren, Christy King Watson (Troy), Brian Tweedy (Lasinda), Ronnie Phillips Hill and Monica Rae Phillips and 11 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be John Ellison, Ted Wells, Bradyn Tweedy, Brian Tweedy, Chris Mayner and Tony Eubanks.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service, 1:00 p.m. Monday August 20, 2018 at Ocker Chapel of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR.
