Rachel Ann Foster, 71 of Van Buren passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 in her home.
She was a former employee for Crawford Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Leslie and Dollie Ann (Mongold) Heckard; one sister, Wilma Brown; one brother, Tom Heckard; two grandsons, Bryan Irvin and Travis Foster.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by one daughter, Kathleen Jean Cox of Van Buren; four sons, Raymond Eugene Foster of Fort Smith, James Edward Foster of Calico Rock, AR, Wilbur Ray Foster of Atlanta, GA, Robert Gene Wilson of Van Buren, four sisters, Mary Mongold of Natural Dam, Pauline Andrews of Mulberry, Joyce Chapman of Muldrow, Jane Fisher of Spiro, OK; three brothers, Harman Heckard of Natural Dam, Roy Heckard of Muldrow, OK, Leslie Heckard of Diel City , OK: seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Monday, January 9, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren, Arkansas.
