Reverend Carrol D. Walters, 87, formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on December 29, 2016 in a Cabot nursing home. He was born on May 5, 1929 in Magnum, OK. He was a Pastor for over 50 years and formerly was the Pastor of First Baptist Church of Jenny Lind, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife Joy of Cabot, AR; two sons, Joey Walters of Cabot, AR and Jim Walters of Honolulu, HI; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
