A great and special friend!   I am proud to have had the honor of your friendship. Intelligent, inventive, friendly,  very talented musician and luthier ... a good man who walked this earth! James shared many of his stories with me, which will guide me forever.    A little story here: "I was crazy looking urgently for a tone bender mk2 pedal and I couldn't find a good one in Brazil.  James then made one for me, welding point to point, a jewel ... he sent it to me in South America, arrived precisely in time.  I have the mk2 here with me, this pedal will stay in the family forever. This was James, and much more than that, a very generous human being!"   An irreparable loss.  Rest in peace my friend.
