Tanya Faye Berkley, 68 of Fort Smith passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents J.D. and Trudie (Wilson) Fant, two brothers, Earnest William Fant, Jimmy Donald Fant, Sr. and 1 grand daughter, Amelia Raine Fines.

Funeral services will be 2PM, Monday, July 11, 2016 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with Rev. Steve Stewart officiating.
She is survived by three daughters Angela Howard, Melissa Archer and Jennifer Black all of Fort Smith; Nicolas Howard, Jessica Archer, Brianna Colligan and one great grandson, Easton Archer.
Family will visit with friends Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 3-5 PM at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith, 4500 Jenny Lind.
