John” Dib” Loftin, 83 of Van Buren passed away Monday, July 13, 2015 in a local hospital. He was retired from Dixie Cup in Fort Smith; He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War Era as a crew chief. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Loftin.

Memorial Service will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Rena Road Baptist Church in Van Buren with burial of cremains at U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith with military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by one daughter, Pam Fisher and husband, Danny of Yukon, OK; two sons, Johnny Loftin and Shirley of Van Buren, Kelly Loftin and wife, Mary of Chester; two sisters, Pauline Wells and Claudia Harris both of Van Buren; six grandchildren, Carrie Gordon, Rachel, Sean and Alex Loftin, Jake Fisher and Rebekah Wise and five great grandchildren, Sharee, David and Wade McCawley, Star Kittler and Rhys Fisher.
