Hilda,Roy,Jerry and Carl,with much sadness I saw RD's passing in the paper.I am so glad I got to meet him and you Hilda after I came to Arkansas. I looked forward everyday coming in and taking care of him and helping you Hilda.he will be missed.I'd like to think he's up in heaven now patrolling the streets there.May God bless each and every one of you at this time.
