Petchal had a sister, Peggy Lou Stroud who preceeded him in death. She and her daughter Pam loved Petchal with all their heart and soul. I have the deepest love and respect for a beloved friend. Pam, Jessica, and I will miss "Uncle Petchal " more than words can express. We feel your pain and are praying for all of you in this time of sorrow.
