James Robert (Bob) Hamilton, 70, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Tuesday February 7, 2017. He was born February 2, 1947, in Clarksville, AR to James Everett and Audra Mae (Hightower) Hamilton.
He graduated from Mountain Grove High School where he was a star athlete in all sports, earning a scholarship to Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR. He also attended the University of Central Arkansas. After college, he worked in sales and eventually started his own successful company. Bob enjoyed the time he spent with family and was a devoted Arkansas Razorback fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Audra; and his stepfather, John Prezioso. He is survived by his wife Lynn; his sister, Laura Hamilton; his niece and nephew, Angie Green and James Blackwell; his son, Jason Hamilton and wife Julie; his daughter, Shelly Alexander and husband Scott; and four beautiful grandchildren, Grace, Lauren, Will and Anna.
