Condolences

Condolence From: Doris Davis Scrudder
Condolence: Today I received news that a friend of mine passed away, I never told him how much he helped me in August 1975, I was worrying about my mother who was dying from cancer. He looked at me and quietly said, "What will you be worrying about this time next year?" He was a quiet man but those words spoke volumes to me, words that I have lived by since that time. I loved that man for who he was and I salute you, Elmer Walden. I cannot talk about Elmer without talking about his wife, Frela Walden, my kids referer to them as Grand PA and Grand MA Walden, there are no words to explain how this woman, touched my soul and heart, she was a great spiritual teacher to me and even though I was saved by grace, she taught me how a Christian should live, BY EXAMPLE, she has left me with a lot of life's lessons. Thank you too Frela, you have lost a good man, but you can rest assured, just as the lessons you taught me, that there is rejoicing in Heaven as Elmer touches the hand of God. My sympathies go out to the rest of the family, which includes Debbie Davis, the best sister in law I have ever had. I love all of you

Condolence: Grandpa you were very much loved by so many and you are always in our hearts.

Death is the heartache no one can heal,

Memories are keepsakes no one can STEAL.

Beautiful memories are all we have left,
of the ones we loved and will never forget.

Softly the leaves of memory fall,
gently we gather and cherish them all.

Planted deep in memory's garden
and watered with tears.

Memory has a magical way
of keeping loved ones near.

Condolence: Dwayne, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. I know that you and your dad were so close, I loved hearing stories about him. It was so neat to hear that he knew my Uncle Doc. I know you will miss him with all your heart but knowing he is in a better place puts our hearts at ease. Am thinking of you and your mom. Love you with all my heart.
