Constance Frisbie Buncy, 88, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Friday, June 3, 2016 in a local hospital. She was retired from the Employment Security Department Office in Fort Smith, Arkansas and a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Christine and Janet and a granddaughter Angela.

A Mass will be said at a later deat.

She is survived by a daughter Maureen Petty and son-in-law Lehman Petty of Lavaca, Arkansas; three grandchildren Jason Clopton, Lehman Petty, Jr., and Kara Altman.
