Joe is one of the most memorable and enjoyable people I have ever worked with. Always quick with a joke or story Joe brightened even the dreariest day. When I think of Joe I guess the memory that is burned in my mind most is the look on his face when he would take the first bite of a Spring Roll at China Jade, he was a character for sure. I will always remember how he faced his final battle, with courage and determination. I pray for peace and comfort for his family.
