Dearest Tracy and Sara and Kenneth, I am terribly regretful that Cheryl and I can not be there with you today to express our deep love and admiration of this wonderful man, my nephew. I know that no matter how hard this for you, that you are able to go through it. You can do it or the Lord would not have allowed this to happen. Benny was a jolly, happy man and his heart was so full of love for you, so proud of his children and of his wife. So full of faith, hope and love. Benny and Judy did such a fine job of raising him and besides loving him so much, they were so proud of him. I don't know how they will get through this day either but I know they can because they are good and strong and able, plus as with you, they are sustained by their confidence in the goodness of God. They know that what they feel is what God the Father felt for His beloved son. He who knows that experience fully, as God does, is able to console and uphold you and you all know that. But, it doesn't diminish the pain we all feel. I cherish the photo of me standing with all my nephews, Benny Jr, the first one. How I love my nieces and nephews! We are all having a hard time, with you, getting through this. But, it just proves our love, our loss. Cheryl and I are thankful for Benny Jr, that we knew him, that we "had him" for he was one of ours. Loved his voice, loved his smile, loved his laughter, his wisdom, his love. God help you.
