Islare Scott, 91 of Fort Smith passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 in a local hospital. She was retired from T.J. Smith Box Company. She was a member of the Van Buren First Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dow Scott, Sr., a son, Dow Scott, Jr; both parents, Idus “Cub” and Ethel (Stewart) Osborne; one sister, Irene Reed; three brothers, Steward, Burl & Opal Osborne.

Funeral service will be at 10 AM Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Fulgham and husband, Gary of Fort Smith; one Daughter-in-law, Brenda Scott of Van Buren; two sisters, Wilene Neidecker of Van Buren and Willie Jewel Warren of California; Five grandchildren, Randy Scott, Rodney Scott, Rhonda Runde, Tina Neal and Teri Pogue; eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

Family will visit with relatives and friends Wednesday, April 15, 2015 from 6-8 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Boyd Osborne, Phillip Osborne, Johnny Dale Neidecker, Steve Neidecker, Stewart Wayne Neidecker, Rodney Scott and Randy Scott.
