Angela “Angie” Polk, 58, of Van Buren, AR passed away on Saturday November 22, 2014 in a local hospital. She was the Director of Trucking for NTS-Work Source, a member of the Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church in Fort Smith and a member and former President of the Sigma Delta Chi Sorority.
She is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Frost of Farmington, AR; one son, James Polk of Dyer, AR; one brother Ricci Yarbrough of Arkoma, OK and two grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday November 25, 2014 at Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
