Stanley  George  Glass
Stanley G. Glass, 86 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, September 14, 2014 in Van Buren. He was the owner and operator of Glass Barber Shop in Van Buren for 41 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army WWII, a member of the Masonic Lodge # 6, the Royal Arch Chapter 13 and the Western Consistory, Veterans of Foreign Wars Chapter. He was a member of Butterfield Assembly of God Church in Van Buren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne, one son Larry; his parents, William and Oma Glass; one brother, Dale Glass.
Funeral service will be 10 AM Thursday September 18, 2014 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by two daughters, Brenda Kay Smith of Van Buren, Sharon Annette Daniels of Fort Smith; one son Ricky Glass of Van Buren; one sister, Claudine Ross of Clarksville; one brother, Lowell Glass of Van Buren; one step mother Wilma Glass of Van Buren; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Family will visit with relatives and friends from 5-8 PM on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Harlan Wagnon, Jim Marshall, A.C. Champion, Josh Glass, Jacob Glass, James Glass and Bryan Ross.
Honorary Pallbearers are Matthew Crowne; Van Buren Masonic Lodge #6; Cedarville Masonic Lodge #762; and members of his Sunday school class at Butterfield Assembly of God Church in Van Buren
