Catherine June Silva, 72 of Van Buren passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker; she was a native of Hanford, California and a resident of Crawford County for the past three years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Chamberline.

Arrangement and cremation under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren no formal service will be held at this time.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Silva of the home; two daughters, Teresa McFadden of Van Buren and Michelle Silva of Hanford, CA; eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
