Condolence From: Reginald Moore
Condolence: To Ms. Pulse and Herb Pulse, Jr., I was saddened when I was informed of the loss of your husband and father. Mr. Pulse was one of the finest men I've had the pleasure of meeting. I always looked forward to his coming into the office on 4th street and transacting business. Although I stopped working on 4th street, I understand he continued his trek to our office. I am reminded that it reads "weeping endureth for a night, but joy comes in the morning." Know that he was loved and will be missed.
