Betty A. Mizner, 68 of Van Buren passed away Thursday July 17, 2014 in her home. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by both parents, Cloyce & Mildred (Moore) Phipps; one sister, Patricia Dingee.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with cremation to follow under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Mizner of the home; four daughters Colene Parrish & husband, Charley of Alma, Susie Nichols & husband, Greg of Fort Smith, Karrie VanEngen & husband, David of Van Buren, Marian Zevallos & husband, Pace of Poinciana, FL; one son, Michael Martin of Billings, Montana; two sisters Rosemary Gamble & husband, Leroy of Calvert City, Michigan, Emma Gurr of Jackson, MI; one brother Rex Phipps & wife, Kathy of Indiana; fourteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
