Oh, Jimmy, Jim-Bo, Jim.....I cannot believe that you are gone! You were such a super-star at FSSH and college; such a pillar of and in our community, such a great friend and great guy... it seems impossible that anyone like you: Bigger Than Life itself, could close your eyes and join Forever. So many memories.... Pat, I can't tell you how sorry I am and send my deepest sympathy to you, Laura, Brian and the grandkids. So many great memories of Bo that I couldn't begin to list them. I thought my biggest, fondest Razorback memory would be the redesigning and decorating of the Lettermen's Club back in the 1980's. What a privilege and honor to get to know and work with Frank, Wilson, Sonny, Eddie and all the other greats that helped make that project so wildly successful. But I think the biggest and greatest memory would be the Arkansas Razorback Reunion for "Broyles Early Bunch" that Rosemary (Moody), Carita (Alberty) and I organized and put together. What a great soiree that turned out to be and we couldn't have done it, of course, without you and Jim doing all you could, as well! I'll never forget his unbridled enthusiasm at every turn...constantly calling me: "Lee, what else can I do, tell me, tell me, tell me - just tell me and I'll do it?" And of all the guys that attended, famous and not so much, NO body had more fun the whole week than Bo did. Except maybe me and Switzer! Just watching Jim have such a great time made all those months of planning and work worth every minute. What wonderful memories I have of that whole project! Kenny, you are so right, NOBODY in the world could tell a story like Jimmy did, nor enjoy it as much as he did, except, again, probably you and me. Nobody could be more serious at times, but wow, I can't tell you how many times he has given me some of my biggest laughs! And Bruce, I can just hear his: "Who's stupid idea was this?!" I am so sorry I will probably not be able to attend your service tomorrow but half the town will be there, my friend, count on that, so there probably won't be room for me anyway but I WILL be there in spirit and prayer. SO Jimmie! Oh, gosh, my dear friend, you are one man I will truly miss. Knowing that ALL the people who love you will never again see your mischievous, sparkling, dancing eyes, watch you throw your head back and hear your hearty laugh, will be very sad for me. This town and its people have lost a very bright candle and all of us who knew him will greatly miss his light. My deepest sympathies go out to everyone who knew him and will miss him. And Pat, I'm so very, very, very sorry. Please let me know if there's anything I can ever do for you. You have always been, all these years, and I will always consider you to be my friend.....
