William Darrel Leverette, 87, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 in a local hospital. He was a retired computer supervisor for Gold Stone Corp., an affiliate of NASA. He was born December 11, 1935 in Alix, AR to the late William Clarence and Tellia Lucille (Page) Leverette and also preceded in death a son, Bill Damon Leverette and his best buddy, Monta Hughes. He loved fishing, old cars, motorcycles, playing with his dog, Bo, and playing with his grandchildren. William loved anything space, especially Star Trek.

Funeral services will be 10:30 am Friday, May 12, 2023 at Ocker Chapel of Alma. The family will visit with friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Thursday evening, May 11, 2023 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Survivors include his wife, Marvene Leverette of the home; daughters, Donna Smith of Fort Smith and Lori Thomas and husband Marty of Lindale, TX; sons, Wayne Hightower and wife Karen and Billy Hightower and Rhonda all of Rudy, AR; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; sister, Sharon Lucille Brandt and husband Bill; brother, Thomas Farrell Leverette and wife Janet and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons, nephews, Bill Brandt, Jerry Karr and Roger Rickard
