Obituary for Warren Louis O'Mara
Warren Louis O’Mara, 82 of Van Buren passed away Friday, August 19, 2022 in a local nursing home. He was a self employed transmission specialist and of the Catholic faith. He was preceded in death by his daughter Dawn O’Mara; a sister Ginger Baird and a brother Bob O’Mara.
He is survived by his wife Frances O’Mara of the home; three daughters Helen Robbins of Pocola, Camille Lane and husband Scott and Julia Decker of Van Buren; three sons David O’Mara, Allen O’Mara and Jimmy O’Mara all of Muldrow; five sisters Carolyn Rosenheimer of Kinsley, KS; Kathy Fries and Patty Myer both of Wichita, Eileen Peterson and husband Karl of Fredonia, Kansas, and Mary Ann Clasen; two brothers Paul O’Mara and wife Carol and Edward O’Mara and wife Susan all of Wichita.
Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. There will be no formal service at this time.
