Stephen P. Carter 70 of Van Buren passed away Friday, August 11, 2023 in a local hospital. He worked at the V.A. Hospital in Northwest Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna (Garner) Carter; his parents James and Barbara (Wallis) Carter.

He is survived by his son Josh Carter of Van Buren; one sister Erin Cahill of Memphis, TN; two grandchildren Jaxon and Salem Carter; one niece Laura Cahill and one nephew Jack Cahill.
