Shawn Defontaine 56 of Van Buren passed away Saturday, August 12, 2023 in his home. He worked as a handyman. He was preceded in death by his parents Calvin and Della (Woodward) Shibley.
Graveside service will be at 10:00 AM Monday, August 21, 2023 at Macedonia Cemetery in Uniontown under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. The family will visit with relatives and friends Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.
He is survived by his Fiancé Jamie of the home; four sons Deven Defontaine and wife Selena of Big Bear Lake, CA, Troy Defontaine of Van Buren, Brian Priest and wife Scarlet of Barstow, CA, Duane Priest Jr. of Van Buren; one sister Tammy Howard and husband Joe of Van Buren; one brother Mark Shibley and wife Cindy of Van Buren.
