Sharon Sue Ryan was born on February 23, 1949, in Stockton, CA; she departed this world on February 14, 2023, in Van Buren, Arkansas. She would have been 74 on her birthday.
Sharon was raised in Stockton, CA, where she resided with her parents, Ollie and Marie Williams, and her three siblings. She attended local schools, and it was there that she met the love of her life, Dean Ryan. They were married on March 18, 1966, and remained together for over sixty years. Sharon and her husband were blessed with three children, as well as seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Marie Williams, her brother Gary Williams, her granddaughter Christina Wakefield, and her grandsons Cody Currie and Steven Ryan, Jr. She is survived by her husband Dean Ryan and her children - daughter Denise Currie and son-in-law Brian, son Steven Ryan and daughter-in-law Sandra, and son Robert Ryan. She is also remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren - Jessica Ryan, Christian Lewis, Tatiana Lewis, Tyler Currie, Zachary Currie, Kaiya Currie, and Jaylah Ryan – as well as her sisters, Laura Mitchell and Kimberly Winkler, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Today, although we mourn her loss, we also rejoice, knowing that at this moment she is exulting in the presence of the Lord.
