Robert Austin Marrs, 83, of Alma, AR passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022 at his home. He was a retired plumber and was always busy after retirement with woodworking, gardening, hunting or fishing. He loved spending as much time as possible with his family and friends. Robert was born December 15, 1938 in Antlers, OK to the late Clarence and Vivian (Dobyns) Marrs.

Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Carolyn (Fimple) Marrs; sons, Robert Myrl Marrs (Natalie) and Kenneth Michael Marrs (Leigh) all of Alma; grandchildren, Brittany Broadfoot (Burke), Macey Belk (Matt), Jake Marrs (Jessica), Logan Meadors (Jessica) and Bailey Caughern (Kyle); great grandchildren, Beau, Brady, Ricki, Ellis, Aspen and Aubree; brother, Myrl Marrs (Jo); brothers in law, Jerry Fimple (Margaret), Charles Fimple (Linda), Terry Fimple and Larry Fimple (Debra); sister in law, Charlotte Grant (Bim) and numerous nieces and nephews.
