Obituary for Richard Allen France
Richard Allen France 62 of Rudy passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023 in a local hospital. He was a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his wife Brenda France.
He is survived by his parents Allen and Dorothy France Van Buren; one son Justin France and wife Dotty of Wilmington, N.C.; two sisters Cystal Freeman and husband Michael of Van Buren, Delores Stephens of Fort Smith; five nieces Courtney Stephens, Skylar Martin, Carley, Amelia and Avery Freeman.
