Obituary for Phyllis Hoffman (Caquelin)
Mary Phyllis (Caquelin) Hoffman, 96 of Rudy entered into the arms of her Savior on Friday, July 29, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and Rock Haven Ministries. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Hoffman, Sr; her parents, Henry and Cecile (Sadler) Caquelin; six brothers and one sister.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 1, 2022 at Concord Baptist Church in Van Buren with a visitation one hour prior to the service under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at French Cemetery in Woolstock, Iowa under the direction of Foster Funeral Home in Webster City, Iowa.
She is survived by three daughters, Rosemary Hays of Alma, Betty Dillenburg of Hasty, Rachel Van Devender of Rudy; two sons, Ivan Hoffman Jr. and Terry Hoffman both of Rudy; one sister, JoAnn Biggs of Webster City, Iowa; Eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends.
