Peggy Fern Stepusin, 77 of Kibler passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a retired from Brownwood Manor as a CNA. She was of the Pentecostal Faith. She is preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Mildred (Price) McFadden; five brothers Bobby, Jerry, Jimmy, Stevie, and Oscar Jr. McFadden; grandson Brandon Horton and great grandson Brexton Oakley Francis.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Victory Temple in Rudy with burial at Mount McCurry Cemetery in Rudy under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home Van Buren. The family will visit with relatives and friends Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years Johnny Stepusin; two daughters Heather Horton and husband Bruce and Melissa Sivage all of Kibler; one son Johnny Wayne Stepusin and wife Sherry of Fort Smith; Eleven grandchildren Brittany Francis, Marcus, Dustin and Katie Stout, Ashley Fantauzzi, Tiffany and Steven Davidson, Amber Prescott, Kayla, Blake and Makinzie Horton; twenty-eight great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Stepusin, Marcus Stout, Steven Davidson, Blake Horton and Bruce Horton.
