May Lou Robbins, 96, of Alma, AR passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 in a local nursing home. She was a homemaker. She was born May 7, 1926 in Rudy, AR to the late Thomas “Tom” and Lucille (Cooper) Gatewood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Robbins and a brother, Jimmy Gatewood. She was an amazing lady and the best great-grandmother and great-great grandmother who was loved and adored by all. Her family was blessed to have her so long. May Lou passed peacefully with Elisa by her side.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 8, 2022 at Ocker Chapel with burial in Newberry Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. The family will visit with friends 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Glenda Edwards of AR; grandchildren, Eliska Lessley of Ozark, Tiffany Heiss of MT and Kyle Bowlin of MO; great-grandchildren, Elisa Seratt and husband Wilson, Michael Dollard, Jess Dollard, Madison Heiss, Clare Bowlin and Rons Bowlin; great great-grandchildren, Jace Wilson Seratt, Wakely May Seratt and Tinsley Rose Seratt and a brother, Don Gatewood.
Pallbearers will be Wilson Seratt, Michael Dollard, Jess Dollard and Chris Captain.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jace Seratt.
