Loretta Roscoe, 75 of Roland, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 in a local hospital. She was born October 5, 1947. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her son, Donnie Tuck; her parents, Homer and Frances (Kendig) Parks; two sisters, Reba Melton and Janice Beckham; one brother, Clifford Parks.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, October 10, 2022 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband, James Roscoe of the home; three daughters, Tracy Engel and husband Larry of Van Buren, Teresa McClendon and husband Mike and Loretta Ehler and husband Barry all of Tennessee; three sisters, Patricia Gilcrease of Van Buren, Linda Person and husband Bob of Fort Smith, Gail Tolley and husband Donald of Oklahoma; two brothers, Roger Parks and wife Judy of Kibler and Ricky Parks and wife Gina of Van Buren; a special sister-in-law, Darlene Farnam of Uniontown; seven grandchildren Taylor and Marshall Newby, Hunter Engel, Noah Engel, Shane McClendon, Elias and Addy Granath, Joseph Ehler.

Pallbearers will be Larry and Noah Engel, Marshall Newby, Kevin Jimenez, Shane McClendon, Larry Ricketts and Mike McClendon.
