Obituary for Lola Lope-Oshields
Lola Lope-Oshields, 61 of Chester passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and had formerly worked at JJ’s Restaurant in Alma and Sargent’s Convenient Store. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Linda Marlene (Foster) Lope; one sister Linda Lane and one brother David Lope.
She is survived by two daughters Marah Collette of Chester and Melissa Gatton of Fort Smith; one son Ethan Tew of Fort Smith; one sister Lisa Chennault of Van Buren; three brothers Merle Chennault of Van Buren, Craig Long of Mountainburg and Tommy Chennault of California; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held 12:00 Noon, Monday July 17, 2023 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren. All arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
