Obituary for Linda Carol Rogers (Wilbanks)

Linda Carol Rogers, 72, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 in her home. She was born on February 21, 1949 in Mulberry, Arkansas to Carl and Pat (James) Wilbanks. She was the owner and operator of Geno’s Pizza and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fort Smith. Linda was a former active member and volunteer for the Children’s Service League. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie, one son, Phillip Marshall Rogers and one brother, Kenny Wilbanks.
Linda’s pride and joy were her beloved grandchildren, “Granny was the best”. She was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and everything “Razorback”. May she rest in peace with her soulmate Ronnie, on their private beach in heaven, God bless her soul. She was the most wonderful mother in the world.
Funeral Mass is 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Rosary is 6:00PM, Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas with visitation to follow the rosary.
She is survived by her sons, Nick Rogers and his wife Stephanie of Fort Smith and Chris Rogers and his wife Kelsey of Fort Smith; five grandchildren, Sebastian, Ozzie, Rye ,Hattie and Phillip McGuire Rogers; one sister, Donna Reeves of Mulberry and a brother, Danny Wilbanks and his wife Sheryl of Mulberry.
