Larry Charles West 78 of Van Buren passed away Saturday, August 5, 2023 in a local hospital. He began his career in sales for the W.B. Smith’s Clothing Store in Van Buren before retiring from John Garner Meats. He retired from the Army National Guard after servicing twenty-one year. He enjoyed camping with family and friends; razorback football. He is preceded in death by his parents John and Lena (Liotta) West.

He is survived by his wife Charlene (Warren) West of the home; one daughter Lari Cox and husband Jon of Rudy; one son Damon West and wife Katherine of Cedarville; one sister Rebecca Harp of Stonewall, Texas; nine grandchildren Adam, Landon, Jessica, Hatlee, Cayde, Milo, Maddie, Jaycie and Jadelynn; eight great grandchildren and his beloved dog Abigail (Abby).

A family & friends memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 43 Assembly of God Church in Van Buren.
