Larry Richmond, 79 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 in a local hospital. He was a loss prevention agent for Liberty Mutual Insurance. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and spent two years active duty stationed in Korea from 1967-1969. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Moore, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents Virgil Richmond (V.R.) and Florine (Harder) Richmond.

He is survived by two daughters Tiffany Barnett of Iola, Texas and Tasha Heath of Las Vegas, Nevada; one sister Phyllis Thomas of Farmington, Arkansas; one brother Michael Richmond of Van Buren; one granddaughter Kaia Heath of Las Vegas, Nevada; two nephews and numerous other family members.

Funeral services will be 11AM, Thursday February 15, 2024 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

Family will visit with relatives and friends Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 5-7PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Michael Barnett, Michael Richmond, Greg Thomas, Ben Mallard, Evan Mallard and Brian Jeremiah.
