Jason Lee Teague, 52, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on March 27, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on January 8, 1971 in Fort Smith to Danny and Dawn (Helton) Teague Palmer. Jason was a wound care specialist at Mercy in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Teague and his grandmother, Lola David.
Jason is survived by his mother, Dawn Palmer of the home; two daughters, Lindsey and Hanna Teague of Greenwood, AR; a sister, Angela Teague of Fort Smith and his grandfather, Henry David, Jr. of Fort Smith.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
