James H. Lockhart, Jr. 79 date of birth June 5,1943 passing one day shy of his 80th birthday. His love of his family was only surpassed by the love of his Lord; He was a member of the First Baptist church in Van Buren; He was a Sunday School teacher for 45 years practicing his faith daily while serving his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was owner/operator of Lames Lockhart company in Van Buren and an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gay Lockhart; his parents James Sr. and Opal (Webb) Lockhart; a sister, Marcia McMullen.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra (White) Lockhart of the home; two sons Andy Lockhart and wife Toni of Van Buren, Tim Lockhart and wife Stacey of Alma; five grandchildren James, Katie, Ryan, Hannah and John Lockhart; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Charley Williams, Bill Vickery, Steve Kelly, Dale Hudson, Powell Sanders and Ron Etris.
