Helen “Fay” Moseley, 82, of Fort Smith, Arkansas went to be with her Savior on Tuesday, April 23, 2024. She was born on March 15, 1942 in Typo, Kentucky to James and Pruda (Begley) Hutchinson. Helen was a secretary for the Jobs Corps and attended Central Christian Church in Fort Smith, AR.

Visitation is at Bradford O’Keefe, Biloxi, Mississippi. Graveside services are at Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, Mississippi under the direction of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home of Biloxi.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, one brother, her husband, Troy Moseley Sr., and grandson, Austin Shipp. She is survived by three sons, Troy Moseley Jr. of North Little Rock, Arkansas, John (Laura) Moseley of Fort Smith, Arkansas and David Moseley of Perkinston, Mississippi; two sisters, Laurie Dilbeck of Virginia and Patty (Billy) Watson of Tennessee; five grandchildren, Michael Moseley and Steven Moseley of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Lauren (Austin) Phillips of Fayetteville, AR, Troy Moseley III of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Lindsey Moseley of Covington, Louisiana; and great granddaughters Vivianna Rose of Vilonia, Arkansas, Emberleigh Jane Fay Newton of Covington, Louisiana, and Daly Kay Phillips of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Family and friends will miss her feisty personality, her love for her family, and her sayings that made everyone smile. When asked how she was doing, she would say, “Fine and dandy!” And she is “fine and dandy” in heaven as she sings her favorite hymn “O, Victory in Jesus, my Savior Forever”.
