Obituary for Eula Mae Moore (Harrison)
Eula Mae Moore, 82, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, March 30, 2023. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She lived a life of Evangelism and loved the Lord. Eula was a talented quilter and crotchetier who made many quilts, blankets and clothes. She loved flowers, singing, and most of all, her family.
Eula was born August 2, 1940 in Austin, Arkansas to the late Dewey Clarence and Nancy Melinda (Bates) Harrison. Eula was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 63 years, Millard Lee Moore; son, Danny Ray Moore; daughter, Brenda Lee Moore; sisters, Wanda Sue Ball, and Norma L. Roach; brothers, Dewey Clarence Jr., Franklin D. Harrison, and Herbert Leon Harrison.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Ocker Funeral home of Alma with interment to follow at Locke Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tristan Moore, Justin Wood, Timothy Moore, Dale Moore, Jimmy Moore, and Raymond Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Moore, and James Roach.
Eula is survived by her daughters, Donna Sue Simpson of Anchorage, AK, Regina Mae Arbough and husband Steve of Clarksville, AR, Patricia Joyce Cowell and husband Danny of Alma, AR; sons, Millard Franklin Moore and wife Carolyn of Mulberry, AR, Billy Joe Moore of Indiana, Richard Dewayne Moore of Orlando, FL, Ricky Dee Moore and wife Tracy of Mulberry, AR; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Linda Sue Cook.
