Donnie Ray Barker 88, of Van Buren passed away Saturday March 16, 2024 in his home. He retired from Flanders manufacturing in Fort Smith and became a full-time gardener after that. He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Ada Mae Barker (Reese); four sisters Helen, Jimmie Ruth, Marjorie and Betty; a brother Bobby Barker.

Donnie is survived by his wife Mary of the home; a daughter Pamela Barker-Good and husband Bob of Van Buren; son Kevin Barker of Van Buren; sister Bonnie Cazis and husband Raymond; two grandchildren Traci Wilhelm and husband Mark and Bradley Trent and wife Danielle; seven great-grandchildren Blake, Kaleb, Hunter and wife Emily, Reece, Reagan, Ryne and Jackson.

Funeral service will be Friday March 22, 2024 at 10:00 AM Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill cemetery under the direction of Ocker funeral home in Van Buren. A Visitation will be Thursday March 21, 2024 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson St. Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be: Bradley Trent, Bob Good, Kaleb Shelly, Mark Wilhelm, Hunter Wilhelm, Terry Cockrum, Larry Blevins.
