Obituary for Debra Ann Foster (Williams)
Debra Ann Williams Foster of Fern, Arkansas went to her eternal home on December 17, 2023 at the age of 63.
She was born October 13, 1960 in Mulberry, Arkansas to Fredrick (Ted) and Evealyn (Mige) Williams. Debbie was a member of Assembly of God in Fern, Arkansas. She worked for L.C. Gunn Greenhouse and Van Buren Walmart from which she retired. Debbie loved spending time with her family, fishing, and camping. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Fred Jr., Swannie, Jimmy, and Bobby Joe Williams; three sisters, Sandy Smith, Rebecca Neal, and Barbara Darden.
Debbie is survived by one son, Steven and wife April of Louisiana; one daughter, Rebecca Richmeier of Oklahoma; one sister, Evelyn Williams (Jimmy Flores) of Alma, AR; one brother, David Williams (Donna) of Altus, AR; two grandsons, Steven Brown of Louisiana, Teagen Carlile of Alma, AR; one granddaughter, Paige Griffith of Clarksville, AR; one great-grandson, Parker Griffin; and several nieces and nephews

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 22, 2023 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma with interment to follow at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam with Andy Johnson officiating. The family will visit with friends from 5-7 PM on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy 64 E., Alma, AR.
Pallbearers will be Clint Langway, Coty Williams, Noah Gregory, Jacob Gregory, Chris Lyons, Patrick Tash and Steven Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be Jermayne Humphrey, and Donald Bayless.
