Obituary for Connie Sue Galdamez (Johnson)
Connie Sue Galdamez, 75 of Van Buren passed away Friday, December 22, 2023 in a local hospital. She retired as a USDA inspector for OK Foods in Fort Smith. She was of the Christian Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Jose Galdamez; her only son Leroy Durham from a previous marriage; two sisters Donna Garrish and Carol Stearns; one brother Bob Johnson.
She is survived by three daughters from a previous marriage, Beverly Kizzire of Tennessee, Kimberly Joslin of Arkansas and Carla Gonzalez of Texas; one sister Mona Shoemaker of California; one brother Ron Johnson of Oregon; ten grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
