Chester Leonard Bailey 84, of Van Buren passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 in his home. He was retired from Cardinal Motors Company in Fort Smith as an auto mechanic and was of the Pentecostal Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents John R. Bailey and Lillie Mae (Vaughan) Bailey.

He is survived by his wife Virginia Bailey of the home; one daughter Janet Carney of Maryland; two sons Troy Bailey of Fort Smith and Rowdy Bailey of Van Buren; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home. There will be no service at this time.
