Brandi Eveld, 45, of Barling, Arkansas passed peacefully on Monday, May 8, 2023 surrounded by family and loved ones in a local hospital. Brandi was born on February 8th, 1978 in Fort Smith to Randy and Ramona Kelly. She attended Van Buren High School, having graduated in 1997. She later attended Westark Community College. Brandi later worked as an operator and medical transcriptionist for Baptist Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ramona Kelly.
Brandi was a free spirit that was loved by everyone that met her, and she will be missed and remembered by the lives she touched. Brandi’s passions included reading about the kings and queens of the past, visiting museums and getting lost in the dreams of the past.
She is survived by her husband Brian Eveld of the home; a son, Bricen Hill of Van Buren; a daughter, Blaine Martinez of Dallas, TX; her father, Randy Kelly, Sr. of Van Buren, AR; a brother, Randy Kelly II of Van Buren and two grandchildren, Nicolas McElyea and Kyin Hill.
Funeral services are 10:00AM, Friday, May 12, 2023 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Doug and Kyle Eveld, Richard Armstrong, Jason Gordon, Mark Bailey and Bobby Stringer, Jr.
