Bob Don Spangler, 83 of Van Buren passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024 in a local hospital. He was a house painter and a member of the 43rd Assembly of God Church in Van Buren. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Helen (Bowlin) Spangler; his parents Claud and Cumi (Tripplett) Spangler; one sister Wilda Williams; one brother Charles Spangler.

A family visitation will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street. Funeral service will be at 10 AM Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren.

He is survived by his granddaughter Misty Craig and husband Nathan of Hartford, Alabama; a step-daughter Kelley Williams of Fort Smith; a step-son Robert Bowlin of Greenwood; three great grandchildren Reilly, Atalee and Annabelle Craig.

Pallbearers will be Robert Bowlin Jr., Robert Bowlin III, Garland Nelson, Brandon Williams, Justin Williams and Khristopher Coker.

Honorary pallbearer will be Carl Reilly Craig.
