Obituary for Vernon Miles Crawford
Vernon Miles Crawford, 71 of Rudy passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in a local nursing home. He was a master diesel mechanic for TXI Concrete Company and a Baptist Minister. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Ann (Tedder) Crawford; both parents Vernon and Frances (Pitchford) Crawford.
He is survived by two daughters Sherri Floyd and Karen Taylor both of Sterlington, Louisiana; two sons Donnie Taylor of Rudy, John Taylor of Booneville; one sister Susie Crawford of California; five brothers Kenneth Crawford of Fort Smith, Robert Crawford of Tulsa, Oklahoma and John Crawford of Grand Lake, Oklahoma, Larry and Mike Crawford both of Louisiana.
Cremation arrangements under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home Van Buren.
