Obituary for Robert Donald ""Buck"" Buckhanan Sr.
Robert Donald “Buck” Buckhanan, Sr., 54, of Van Buren, AR passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021 in his home. He was a truck driver and a caregiver. He was born September 5, 1966. He was preceded in death by his mother, Billie Roberts.
Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Dyer Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include his wife Sherry Buckhanan of the home; daughters, Chelsea Dawn of Mt. Home, Brooklyn Preciado of Van Buren, Brittany Peterson and Olivia Powell, Robin Powell All of Alma and Tasha Schluterman of Mt. Home; sons, Brandon Petis of Mt. Home and Robert Donald Buckhanan, Jr. of TX; brother, Billy Joe Fusher of TN; a special Aunt, Maxine Powell of Mulberry and numerous grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Derrick Gendron, Tre Kruger, Laramie Edgar, Ethan Shelton, Aaron Shelton and Alex Lopez.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kaedyn Lopez and Christopher “Butter Bean” Peterson.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, May 5, 2021 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR.
