Obituary for Joyce Ann Hubbard (Hartsfield)
Joyce Ann Hubbard, 79, of Alma, AR passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and a foster caregiver for many years. She was born February 16, 1942 in Mansfield, AR to the late Robert Hartsfield and Rebecca (Black) Hartsfield McInnes. She was also preceded in death by her husband, David Hubbard and a loving father, Ralph McInnes.
Graveside service will be 10:00 A. M. Monday, May 3, 2021 at the U. S. National Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include her daughters, Tammy Henderson and husband Randy of Fairfield Bay, Rolanda Hill and husband Jody of Alma and Teresa Coatney of Alma, AR; sons, David Hubbard and wife Laura of Festus, MO and Danny Hubbard and wife Dayna of Van Buren, AR; sister, Deronda Taylor of Fort Smith and was a proud Nana of numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
